Terms of service
The intended conditions for using a StarTaps account, managed NFC product, and business software.
Commercial status
These terms are a pre-launch draft. StarTaps is not offering a sale through the current demonstration. If approved, the commercial offer will be one customized physical StarTaps for an initial $59 payment, 30 included days of StarTaps Pro, and a $25 monthly renewal in USD, with the exact amount, taxes, shipping collection, renewal, and cancellation terms displayed by Whop before payment.
Accounts and authority
A customer must provide accurate information, control the business it configures, protect account credentials, and authorize the destination used by each physical StarTaps. A user may not access another business, bypass security controls, misrepresent payment, or use StarTaps for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
Physical product and managed service
The physical product is customized and programmed with a permanent StarTaps HTTPS address. The underlying destination and qualified-interaction analytics depend on the managed service. StarTaps must complete documented redirect, analytics, and physical-device QA before shipment. Ownership, warranty, replacement, and service-continuity language still requires final business approval.
Payments and subscriptions
Whop is the payment system of record. A browser return, screenshot, or email does not prove payment. StarTaps activates orders and entitlements only from verified signed provider events. Customers will manage renewals and cancellation through the approved Whop flow or StarTaps support. Final refund and cancellation terms are published separately and must be approved before checkout opens.
Analytics and outcomes
Analytics represent qualified interactions with a managed StarTaps link. Repeated, abnormal, unsafe, or ineligible requests may be excluded. StarTaps does not guarantee traffic, reviews, ratings, sales, search placement, or attribution of a review to an individual tap.
Availability and changes
Reasonable maintenance, security controls, provider outages, credit limits, or events outside StarTaps control can interrupt service. The final terms must identify governing law, business identity/address, warranty limitations, liability terms, amendment notice, termination, and any mandatory consumer rights before they become effective.
