Refunds and cancellation
How subscription cancellation, custom-product fulfillment, refunds, and disputes are intended to be handled.
Not yet effective
No customer should rely on this draft or submit payment through the demonstration. Before checkout opens, StarTaps must approve and publish the exact cancellation deadline, customized-product refund window, defect/return process, replacement period, return-shipping responsibility, subscription refund treatment, and any mandatory consumer rights.
Subscription cancellation
The intended flow is to cancel recurring StarTaps Pro billing through Whop or verified StarTaps support. A cancellation should stop future renewal according to the date displayed by Whop; it must not erase the completed payment record or silently disable a customer-owned core NFC redirect. The final policy will state when Pro access ends and whether any prorated refund is available.
Physical-product refunds
Because each physical StarTaps is customized, the final policy must distinguish requests received before design/production, after customization begins, after shipment, and for a damaged, defective, incorrect, or undelivered item. Production remains on hold when a signed refund or dispute conflicts with fulfillment state.
Refunds and disputes
Whop remains the money source of truth. StarTaps acts only on verified provider records and signed events. Refunds require authorized review and are reconciled against order, subscription, fulfillment, notification, and dispute state. A customer should not send payment-card details or open duplicate refund and dispute requests for the same amount.
A monitored support address will be published here before checkout opens. Do not send sensitive information to an unverified address.
